- Flight Itinerary:
- Passenger names as it appears in the passport
- Flight departure and arrival time and terminal
- Hotel Bookings:
- Check in and checkout dates and time
- Check in is between 12:00 PM & 4:00 PM depending on room availability
- Early check in is based on availability and based on hotel policy
- To guarantee early check in an additional night should be reserved
- Al Arif Sons Travel holds no responsibility for any additional charges imposed directly by hotel for violation of the check in time
- Check out is at 12:00 PM
- Late checkout is subject to availability and based on hotel policy
- To guarantee late check out an additional night should be reserved
- Al Arif Sons Travel holds no responsibility for any additional charges imposed directly by the hotel for violation of the check out time
- Number of rooms requested
- Maximum capacity at worldwide hotels is 2 adults & 2 child or 3 adults
- The maximum capacity may vary from one hotel to the other therefore we kindly request you to check with the concerned hotel before departure
- Extra bed is only booked in advance if requested by the passenger
- Al Arif Sons Travel holds no responsibility if the hotel refuses to check in the passenger due to violation in the number of passengers allowed in each room
- Interconnecting rooms, rooms on same floor, and adjacent rooms are subject to availability upon check in. Al Arif Sons Travel can only send a request to the hotel.
- Please call the emergency number located in your voucher for any problems you face upon check in
- Transfers:
- Insure that the transfers are booked according to your flight itinerary
- Insure that the pieces of luggage carried are permitted based on the type of car requested
- A representative holding the passenger lead name or supplier name will be waiting at the airport arrival hall
- Al Arif Sons Travel holds no responsibility for missing your transfer due to
- Flight delays
- Finding the representative at the airport
- Please call the emergency number located in your voucher for any delays in your transfers or problems related to the transfer
- Cancellation: please make sure that you are aware of all cancellation policies and penalties before departure
